HOW IT WORKS
1. Schedule Your Briefing Session
Begin your bespoke art journey with us by scheduling your Design Briefing Session with us. This will alert our team to your project, and to look for your Design Brief (which is Step #2)...
2. Design Brief Submission
Once scheduled, please fill out and submit your Design Brief. This is where you'll detail your project requirements, upload moodboards, specify the sizes of art pieces needed, and provide any other essential information.
3. Design Briefing
After we receive your Design Brief, our dedicated Concierge will reach about any questions prior to the Briefing Meeting. They will be your point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and a streamlined process throughout, and will finalize the project during our initial meeting together.
4. Art Creation & Customization
Our team will begin crafting the bespoke pieces tailored to your design specifications. Each artwork is a reflection of your vision, merging seamlessly with the intended space. We will also put together options for substrates, special considerations for fabrication and framing, and any other custom details.
5. Preview & Approval
Before finalizing any piece, we'll share a digital preview with you. This ensures that the art aligns perfectly with your vision. Any necessary adjustments can be made at this stage, and final details for fabrication and framing will be determined.
6. Delivery & Installation
Once fabricated and framed, your artworks will be delivered to your specified location. If needed, we can also assist with the installation, ensuring the art is showcased in the best possible manner.
7. Continued Support & Collaboration
Our relationship doesn't end after delivery. We’ll be here for any further assistance, updates, or new projects you wish to embark on with us. Your success is our mission.
